Sikh National Archives of Canada is a non-profit charitable organization. Since the 1980's our mandate has been to collect, store and archive historic, religious, and cultural literature, scriptures, books, articles, letters, documents (including published and unpublished) materials relating to the Sikh religion and Canadian Sikh experience.

We are currently in the process of digitizing these items of historical significance and uploading them to our state of art digital library. This allows greater access for academics, writers, authors, professors, students and the general public to our heritage. As a result Canadian Sikhs have a better sense of their identity, which helps to root them in Canadian landscape at large. For the wider public, it helps to foster understanding and knowledge of contributions made by Sikhs over the past century.
